Saudi Arabia were elected to the Human Rights Council in Sep 2015. Amnesty International who have called for Saudi Arabia to be suspended from the Council reported in Jan 2017:
Saudi Arabia’s authorities have begun the year with an intensified crackdown against human rights activists dealing another heavy blow to the last vestiges of the country’s embattled civil society, said Amnesty International.

The overview to their 2016/17 report on human rights in Saudi Arabia reads:
The authorities severely curtailed the rights to freedom of expression, association and assembly, detaining and imprisoning critics, human rights defenders and minority rights activists on vaguely worded charges. Torture and other ill-treatment of detainees remained common, particularly during interrogation, and courts continued to accept torture-tainted “confessions” to convict defendants in unfair trials. Women faced discrimination in both law and practice and were inadequately protected against sexual and other violence. The authorities continued to arrest, detain and deport irregular migrants. Courts imposed many death sentences, including for non-violent crimes and against juvenile offenders; scores of executions were carried out. Coalition forces led by Saudi Arabia committed serious violations of international law, including war crimes, in Yemen.
So, no...going by how much notice they take of their role in the Human Rights Council, I don't expect to see much change in women's rights in that despicable country.

.... and how much UK property and land does it owe. Imagine if Saudi Arabia & Qatar nationals were to sell off / pull out of London, there would be an unbelievable collapse of the capital's property sector

yeah...but they won't ....they're going to buy the lot and our government have no choice but to let them....we are over a barrel.....perhaps if more people got a grip of the situation then we wouldn't be so blase about it.
However for the Govt to react they'd have to be in a position to clear the decks in terms of loans and that's not going to happen until we get to a point whereby we can say stop, by which point they'll own most of the UK

Then you'd be wrong. Some Brexiteers may be particularly hardline on certain issues but there isn't a single Brexit-supporting politician that I can think of who is that universally intolerant of human rights across the board that it's comparable to Saudi culture.
I think if you start comparing Western politicians with the likes of the Saudis then you are in grave danger of downplaying just how despicable that regime is and how incompatible their mindset is with the values we hold dear.
