Mrs Igzilla and I are considering purchasing a second home in Italy (probably Umbria), with the intention of using it to generate some additional income through holiday lets, and for ourselves during the quiet periods (long weekends, etc). Just wondering if anyone on here has experience of buying/letting in Italy(or knows anyone who does) and if there is any advice one could give us, please?
