For one second, lets ignore the bajillions of pounds, worldwide fame and playing the big teams every week. What are some of the smaller details of being in the Premier League which you're looking forward to?

For me

- The patches and new numbers on our backs
- The Amex and all of the players faces will be in Fifa 18
- The flashy PL branding all around the pitch
- The increased analysis of our matches from people who might actually know what they're on about.
- The new, brighter floodlights we'll get

-Match of the day coverage
-Radio 5 Live paying more attention (Coverage today has been great though, Attila The Stockbroker on the beach interview this morning at 8am was brilliant)
-Goal Line Tech
-Better Refs (Debatable)

What's the deal with brighter floodlights?

They mentioned it in passing on the radio this morning.

Our current ones seem more than adequate.

I'm still oddly really annoyed by last Monday's Football Ramble podcast completely ignoring Brighton in favour of all this Newcastle.

That'll not be happening next season. (although chances are it'll still happen while recording today)

It'll be nice to get some proper airtime on Football Weekly with AC Jimbo too.

I've always felt our floodlights are a bit DIM. Looking forward to that finally being addressed.

I'm with you on the Ramble, much as I like it they really don't seem to want to discuss the Albion unless it relates to a 'big' team.

I'm looking forward to no longer having people look baffled when I tell them I don't support any teams in the PL
