Huge credit to Hughton and his staff for this remarkable season but it wouldn't have been possible without the financial backing and confidence of Mr Bloom. Huge faith shown by keeping Stephens, Knockaert et al when he could have so easily taken the money. Thank you Tony, you are a legend!

Fantastic that the fans remembered en masse to salute him. We would be stumbling along several stages back without his generosity and love for the club. He applauded the invaders very early on from his front row seat. Once a fan, always a fan.

With other guys who in the same period pumped in six or seven figure sums, and sought no publicity. Chapman, Cook, Kidger and others.

All generous (they never got their money back). For the love of our club.
