Gave Jay a shout as he went past the lagoon. Well played.

Saw Will Packham walking on Boundary Road. Told him he was a legend and exchanged a "seagulls" with him.

Booed a Palace runner. Also saw a group with a Palace flag near Hove Lawns.

One Stand or Fall t-shirt spotted.

That's Hove bang on the seafront, nice Lagoon, close to the sea, local residents, and ex, being Zoe Ball Fat Boy, Heather one leg Mills, Paul McCartney till he knew what she was , the actor from Eastenders nobody knows Nick Berry, allegedly Adele, a rich -banker and a lovely couple in a beautiful house that was a finalist in the architectural designs competition and should have won.

Shoreham is for the likes of Chris Evans.

That's Wharf Rd - Hove and you're just heading into Portslade although it's Shoreham Harbour.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the runners today, there are plenty of us on here who participated and I can't begin to tell you all how much it helps and what it means to be supported by friends, but also random people.

Should really be Southwick Harbour where the lock gates are situated.

Applauded you both as you went past about 100 metres from the finish line. The atmosphere was immense down there.
