My Shins and Calfs are in absolute pieces 4 huge bruises. All totally worth it but I forget each time how shit Loftus Road is each time I go.

Also thanks for the two lads I stood with last night. I watched the game alone. Some absoulte scenes.

Great night but I do look like a bit of a hampton in shorts today.

Shins not too bad, it's just my bloody neck.
All that sodding bobbing and weaving in the restricted end, due to some architect putting a massive girder in line with the goal.
I might offer myself as a boxer trainer or a coastguard lookout
