As a sort of antidote to doom and gloom after some disappointing away results, thought it would be useful to take a breath and see the table since the halfway point at 23 games for top 7, a useful staging post as everyone played everyone else once. All have played 15 except Huddersfield 14 (therefore put ahead of Newcastle):
Huddersfield 29 points
Newcastle 29
Leeds 28
ALBION 26
Fulham 25
Reading 24
Sheff Weds 22
So really not much in it; given that Albion have played all the other six teams twice now, I would say 26 points is fine. It's not blasting out of the traps but we did that in the first half of the season.
