On the face of it this appears to be one of those brilliantly simple ideas.

Other than the Lufthansa planes not indicating, what's the problem?
(As clearly NSC is considerably more qualified in this area, than some clog wearing pot smoking johnny-foreigner).

immediatly obvious flaw is two conflicting requiements/advantages, dealing with crosswind landing and handling 3 plans at a time. if you have the planes landing into the wind, your limited to 1 plane at a time. second flaw, the idea that landing from any angle and spreading the noise around the nieghbours is a positive, in reality that means upsetting more people.

I did check the date I have to admit but having watched the VT I don't see an issue?

Oh wow that thought hadn't even occurred to me, and now I'm a little disappointed.

I'd have enjoyed getting suckered in by a proper April fool, just like to good old days, instead of tolerating the lame efforts we now have to endure.
