Coming to you live from opposite the GPs' surgery in Sackville Road .... It's blustery, bleak and bracing. However, my magic weather forecasting ****ed up knee isn't giving me any agro so I anticipate a modest improvement over the next few hours.

Rainy and windy in Hove. Not often that windy here compared to further along the coast but not great this morning. For the house prices in Hove I expect sun every day !
