I would go with that team except start Murphy for March and bring him on after 65 mins if needed.

That's a lot of changes! To be honest, I'd keep in Murphy. I'm not his biggest fan, but his form and consistency of late has been excellent. I'm still not convinced Kayal is ready (looked WAY off the pace at Huddersfield), but I guess he'll have to start again eventually? Bringing him back with Hemed starting will help too.

Agree with you about changes and keeping Murphy to mitigate that. Not entirely sure Kayal was that good against Nucasol either, but it's worth remembering that Hudds game was a month ago.
