They are already there and there are about 6-7 teams that could fill three spaces, they have just beaten one of their main rivals. They also don't have to win too many games to stay up.
We are not already there, have a history of not quite making it, have just lost to one of our main rivals, and are in a 2 from 3 situation. We need to win more than we lose.
Reluctantly I'd say Palace are more likely to be there. If I was a betting man though I'd back both.

im sure theres a deeper analytical method, but a quick look at the tables and making no assumptions, Palace has a better chance on the basis they have to gain fewer points to remain in the Premier league than we need to gain promotion.
