In Herghada, Egypt. Do you reckon the Amex one will look similar?

They have changed their mind between front entrance and roof from Seagull to Sea Gull which is a bit odd

Makes it look a bit like a Travelodge in the sun to me

Oh yes, makes perfect sense, buiilding a hotel for tourists . . . in Egypt.

A country where the big tour operators of the western world, TUI etc. have largely shunned since the terrorist outbreaks.

Yes. they also know that people like really cheap all-inclusive holidays, even if the country is potentially a bit 'edgy'
That's why I am here and who I flew with...[emoji41]

I have not seen any issues but Hurghada ([emoji6] ) is full of German and Russian tourists with a splattering of English. And I was just asked by a shop keeper why don't English come here anymore!

Cheap and nasty looking Spanish type hotel.
Should say last resort
I an not sure why it is a resort, it is a hotel and not near a beach. Just down the road there is another called something and beach resort with no beach in sight!
