No, ball numbers were allocated before the 4th round took place so ball 7 was Lincoln / Brighton

No we wouldn't, the balls are based on the order of the draw for the 4th round matches. Ipswich or Lincoln vs Brighton was the 7th game drawn in the 4th round draw so the winners become ball 7 in the 5th round draw.
What was that One Show bs with the fans shaking hands? That can **** right off.
