Should Lincoln field their reserve team against us...?

Quite honestly and frankly, and this is in no way a reflection upon this thread, I really do not care. The FA Cup is so far down the list for me this year. I am concentrated upon Wednesday on Friday, not Saturday.

Probably not equivalent to reaching England's top division and achieving financial stability.

The two objectives are absolutely not mutually exclusive for a side of Lincoln's stature.

A cup run will net them the additional income which may well fund the new signing(s) that secure them promotion.

I heard them say that Lincolns budget for the year is an astonishing £500k...

Therefore, the £67,500 they net for winning the 3rd round, and possible £90k for winning the 4th round, is an amazing amount of money for the Non league team...

For us, it's pretty much nothing, with -£500k a week going out... So yes, they will obviously play their first team, and I am certainly not worried if they win - good luck to them!
