you dont want to do that, you'd have to setup as a server to allow access our local machine. upload, use a URL.

NSC doesn't take a copy of the video, so all it does is 'point' to where the video is. To achieve what you want, your PC would need to be on 24/7 and allow incoming connections.
Go advanced... manage attachments... follow your nose!
