Sneaking up on us are 3 GIGANTIC fixtures. Of course every game is very important but as Hughton often puts it, if you can win these games it is particularly meaningful as they are also points they do not get.

Sheffield Wed Sky Bet Championship 19:45 H FRI 20 JAN

Newcastle Sky Bet Championship 15:00 H SAT 28 JAN

Huddersfield Sky Bet Championship 19:45 A THU 2 FEB

What do we need from these games? X amount of points? To still be top?
And just how significant will these games be to the final outcome?

3 draws would be fab, no defeats would be superb

You mean 'the possibly big 2' I presume... Every game is as big as the rest really IMO.

Well not quite, as you have to take into account the amount of points a rival gets from your game.

Yeh I know but with a cushion to 3rd it's in our hands as well... I do get what you and the OP mean though. Even drawing these 3 games wouldn't be disastrous on that basis TBH.

It was interesting looking at the play off positions and it was noticeable that if Barnsley went on a run and replaced Reading then all the play off teams could potentially be Yorkshire teams. They could then play the ''play off '' final in Roundhay Park

Surprised that the game v Newcastle isn't going to be televised, considering our league positions and performances.

We (and Sky) don't know when it's likely to be played yet. 28th.Jan. is unlikely, so presumably that's why Sky haven't listed it.

Ok, let's hope for a Saturday or Sunday lunchtime kick off, that would be ideal for me here.
