Doesn't really come near that. Leeds United were 7-0 up at the time and some of it was intertwined with a pure show of skill. I'm not sure that it actually started with that intent.

Didn't Leeds end up scoring after something like 30 passes or is my memory playing tricks whereas we ended up giving the ball away

I counted 39 passes although the cheers didn't start until 6 or 7 in.

Bong must have been thinking FFS when Stephens lofted ball headed in his direction with a defender closing him down !! Disappointing end
Stephens doesn't pass like that, it was Norwood.

I'm probably in the minority but I never actually say 'ole'.. It's always been 'ray for me, as in the back end of hooray

I bow to your superior memory, just went back and checked on my recording
You could have counted the passes while you were at all.

I wouldn't recommend my memory, I just got lucky.
I had a feeling Norwood was far enough into his stride, today was the day he'd put in a performance.
So I'd been marveling at his passing all game, and for financial reasons hoping he'd take a free kick.
Plus the fact that particular pass was on my 'side' so nobody was out of focus.
