Hardly surprising as he was appointed with having had no previous experience of managing in a proper competitive league to compare with the Premier. Perhaps they may re appoint Gary Monk.

I wouldn't call Swansea tinpot imo.
They were just wrong in their appointment.
The team is a reflection of it's manager.
The club is a reflection of it's owner.

I think Robster is right.
18 months ago Swansea sold it's soul, and became tinpot overnight.
