Gosh, not many users online to witness this occasion. I think some people aren't taking this seriously.

Before anyone starts to dream of Wembley, some stats on the draw dates.
Rounds 3 & 4 come in weeks where we have no other mid week fixtures (FA Cup replay exceptions) so could sneak in a first team reserve or two.
Semi-Final is Tuesday 21st prior to Reading H on the Friday so no big names in that game.
Final is on 2nd April, day after Blackburn at H which, even if moved would only be a day either side.
That said, our reserve under 21s are still up to the job.

Quality reporting from Auntie Beeb.

League One leaders Scunthorpe United will travel to Oxford United in the last 16 of the EFL Trophy.

Wycombe face a 430-mile round trip to two-time winners Blackpool, while Coventry travel more than 300 miles in total to face Brighton Under-21s.

Also, look at this god-awful shirt (though it would be ok without the fade). Another Nike monstrosity.

I think that was his incredibly sarcastic way of saying he didn't expect us to put our first team out.

Which is odd, as the whole point is we can't / don't put out many 1st team players.
