Or indeed the Green Party muppets led by Jason Kitcat here in Brighton a few years back. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with anything in local government politics than their inability to do anything about recycling in a town that they controlled. It wasn't all bad news, their work developing the Level and Open Market has been fantastic but this was all too little in the grand scheme of things and you would have thought that if the Greens could get one thing sorted it would be recycling. Alas, not to be.
Good luck to Iceland. Still the only Western country to jail any bankers for their involvement in the recent global recession.
