You would have to been lucky to have seen Bruce playing the seaside bar song live, as I think he has only played it 18 times live.

You will probably just have to live with the Tracks version

Live - awesome. Fortunate enough to see him at Earl's Court early '00's when the whole E-Street band were alive and definitely kicking!
