I've got an assessment on Wednesday for a prospective new job driving trams.

Does anyone have experience or any knowledge about Psychometric and SCAAT testing?

My boyfriend has taken the various train driver and signaller assessments. If you're going to be doing the Group Bourdon assessment, this software was apparently pretty useful - http://www.railforums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=79923

That forum in general is brilliant for anyone wanting to work in the rail industry - so much helpful advice about assessments, interviews etc.

I also bought him a Bop-It to practice his reaction times with.
