Yes and yes.
Talk is of lots of spin in the wicket, Woakes has a knee twinge and Anderson can slot in without taking on a heavy workload as our spinners will be doing the donkey work. Lets hope we don't need Woakes's batting. Would like Cook to win the toss again and India can win the next one at Mohali which should suit the seam.

Looking forward to the early morning.

Should hope not, we have an 8 and 9 who can bat and a guy at 10 who's made a test century. We really shouldn't be hoping that our tailenders can make runs

True 21.74 from 100 Tests is good enough even if the century was in the match fixing game (no balls) at Lords against Pakistan. The field didn't seem to want to get him out, I remembered it seeming strange from the Upper Compton Stand.
Not concrete that Jimmy will play yet but looks likely.

It wasn't that long ago that our last three batsmen were Malcolm, Mullally and Tufnell - pick a number 9 out of that lot. A guy with average of 21 looks like Lara compared to those riches

Both openers gone and the pitch hasn't even broken up yet.

Had steroid jab in backside yesterday at the hospital. Been buzzing since 2am. Great start this after losing the toss.
