Cant see Maenpaa hanging around for next season if doesnt get many games before season ends so CW could be 2nd choice keeper here.

Would be about the worse thing we could do with him. Really doesn't need to be sitting on the bench for us at that age. Another yea at a higher level and then back for the NO 1 Job the year after.

We met a Luton fan in Cuba the other week who came over to talk to us because he'd spotted my son wearing an Albion shirt. He couldn't compliment Walton enough and said he just wanted to say thank you to us for loaning him there as he is superb.

He also had nothing but praise for NJ.

Stockdale is out of contract too, and I haven't heard any news of a new contract.
