Albion team spirit is patently at it's very highest level since the double championes Withdean era. We saw then how far team spirit took us. We're seeing it again now. What price our team spirit? It's priceless! And it's one in the eye to our big-spending rivals. They'll implode long before we do.

Team spirit translates into working extra hard for your teammates, and in this division that is key.

When we strengthen in the window what we don't want is a Tino Asprilla on our hands. We have to bring in players who "get" where this club are at.

Which completely misses the point. It was because it was on television that they knew that Knockaert would see it and realise that the team were thinking of him even during a vital game.

Just over 40 years ive been going, good players come and go as do good and bad teams and management, I cant remember however a time when the team spirit of this club was like this. It’s a camaraderie amongst the players,the club and fans that must be the envy of others.
Somehow we have tapped into something that is priceless.The message was very clear after the Poyet debacle…..no one man is bigger than BHAFC.
Long may it continue.
