No looks as if a very small part of the ball would still be on the line.

However as the referee unable to give a goal even if it had crossed the line as in the position of the referee unable to confirm, and the assistant referee did not signal it was over the line so no goal.

Don't think all of the ball has crossed the line there. In any case there is a fair amount of doubt about it so correct decision from the officials.
