A vast travelling tent (that takes 8 days to build) will be the studio, pitched up at locations all over the world. They've got a budget the size of Wisconsin. They're not constricted by the stuffed shirts at the BBC. I readily predict that this thing is going to blow the "new" Top Gear COMPLETELY out of the water.
