After reading this it sounds as if they have got a way of blocking them, any tekki's no if what they are describing is possible

It's only going to get worse. Whilst there was an element of Smuggery about the number of live viewers of football going down on Sky, this is bad news if you want to watch pirate content. The TV platforms can't afford to have viewers consuming their products for free, not when they've spunked millions up the wall on Sport rights. If you have Sky or BT broadband for example and tried to open a stream on Kodi and got the 'Stream not available' (or whatever), this is more often or not blocked by your ISP. What's in it for Sky or BT to let you watch illegal content through their broadband? Potentially they are losing customers whom would otherwise buy their TV services

Cisco for their part are falling behind Juniper in Networks certainly in the cutting edge stuff. The type of things they are flogging here is their attempt to seize the initiative back and expand their market.

Use tor browser for torrents or pubfilm for streams. Should help. Got to be honest they are making it harder than I thought to get torrents downloaded but there will be an army of well meaning nerds on the case ��

For UK streams I use Mobdro which with the use of things like bluestacks or Kodi (never actually got Kodi to work) can be used on a normal PC
