If you're on about the place in Telscombe Cliffs it's no longer called that, was renamed The Smugglers Rest a while ago. If you're on about a different place, no idea

Was open last Sunday, I had lunch there.

East Stand Brighton Boyz
It's the same pub and same ownership (Vintage Inns) but it's now called the Smugglers rest, pretty much the same. They've recently upgraded their sea-facing sundeck outside and they've made a rather nice job of it too.
