Any other genius ideas? I think someone told me that they painted flies on the urinals at an airport somewhere to better increase aim and reduce spillage successfully

I heard a story about a company that manufactured aquariums who tried all sorts of packaging options but had huge damage issues during shipping.
Their ultimate solution was not to use any packaging at all. Apparently, this worked like a charm.
