Biden wants the "UK to rejoin the EU".
Yeah. Ok. Whatever. Pointless irrelevance though.
I cant even imagine a BREJOIN movement or party getting organised before he is out of office let alone gaining government in this country on a ticket of rejoining before his term in office finishes.

Why have none of the faithful started a BREJOIN thread since the brEXIT (end of membership +end of transition) has concluded? Do they know in their hearts it would be a waste of time?

Of course it would be a waste of time at this moment. We've given away a pretty special place at the table which won't be given back - and why would it be?
That has nothing to do with the economic and cultural ****-up that's already happening, (and will continue to happen for some time), without any clear and obvious benefits, other than the cliched 'blue passports', the mythical 'taking back control' and the concept of 'sovereignty'.
Oh, we can (kinda) add 'cheaper tampons' to this amazing list.
Fabulous work. :dunce:

Our UK business is flying but the export side of business is screwed. EU customers won’t pay the duties, we can’t afford to pay on their behalf as we work to tight margins. We’ll have to open a DC in Europe unfortunately..........

Can someone tell me any business/individual situation who are better off as a consequence of Brexit? Please, some examples.

Thanks.

Poor you

You dont want taking back control and the issue of sovereignty used as valid reasons for deciding to Leave......even though the overwhelming number of Leave voters ranked taking back control and issues of sovereignty as their main reasons for voting to Leave.
The funny thing is you and a small clique on here are sticking to your entrenched worldview and you dont realise how stupid you sound.
You will never ever understand what a ridiculous position you are digging for yourself.
(why on ear you are still arguing pre referendum issues is beyond stupid anyway considering we have left and the referendum decided the argument)
Great fun for us leavers though looking for a continued giggle.
You lot really are a gift

Slogans that were spoon-fed to the gullible, that had no bearing on their life prior to the referendum, as well you know. :)
All you can do is post a picture of a map and claim that it's a positive.
Man-up and post some positives that actually benefit the people, economically and culturally - you've had years to think of them.
Try and do it soon, eh, as the negatives are taking a massive lead, as it stands.

Knowing as you do full well that the overwhelming majority of leavers voted to leave on issues of sovereignty and control why would you ask them for other reasons for voting to leave that were unrelated to taking back control and issues of sovereignty?
Are you a bit simple like randy cock?

I'm asking for the benefits we can all expect, or are you too simple to read? How about you you try answering the previous poster? How about you offer....something....anything at all?
You come across as nothing more than a reasonably eloquent Ppf - nothing to offer at all.

We can expect the UK to decide on issues regarding the UK that were previously decided under a pooled sovereignty system.
You dont see this as a benefit as you are happy for UK sovereign powers to be ceded to Brussels all in the name of pooled sovereignty and happy for this to continue to happen under the bollocks of ever closer union as more and more directives are passed.

I really dont give a toss that you dont see parliamentary sovereignty as a benefit. You dont understand the benefit of it, you are happy for parliamentary sovereign decisions to be lost to the EU like other remoaners on here, Your adoring adherence to this EU rubbish explains why you dont understand .

The fact you never understood the issues of importance of sovereignty before the vote, never understood the importance during the referendum campaign and still dont understand.......is your failing.

You and the the other handful of berks on here still mocking it just makes you look really stupid and incapable of understanding anything outside your bubble

Bloody Worthing!
UK business fed up with EU pesky Red Tape. Our friends at The Express have the answer and apparently its really CLEVER

Answer - Set up shop in the EU and let them collect the corporation tax.

Are they quietly taking the pi$$ out of their readers or have I missed something?

Don't be silly. Pasta knows that this arrangement is exactly what readers of the Daily Express voted for!

The break up of the UK.

With Jimmy Krankie effectively trying to turn Scotland into Catalonia, has it ever been explained to us mere mortals if England would be better off financially better off if Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland became independent countries?

Although I remember reading somewhere that nearly 30% of the Northern Ireland workforce works indirectly for the British state so that in itself probably rules out independence, that and the religious/political situation?

We’d need to find a new home for our Submarine force, the job losses in the Faslane/Helensburgh region would be catastrophic!

The current government are to blame for the break up.

I would more put the blame on a host of things. David Cameron's decision to allow a referendum, the Brexit vote, the EU's intransigence to change in the face of growing opposition to many of its policies, Merkel's decision to allow a million plus refugees/immigrants to cross into Europe unfettered, growing desire for independence in some Scots particularly.

To say the blame is now put on the current government ignores history.
