Mike Dean was refereeing that game today, gave a yellow card to a similar challenge that Stephens was yellow carded for originally, then red carded v Boro last season, albeit no blood was seen today.
Still makes me mad

all this is highlights is how clubs have risen upto the top tier in tha past decade or so. i count only 6 teams that have been there every season since 1992. and must be at least that many teams have been from forth tier to top over that time too.

Agree with you, but if some of those teams don't "belong" in the Prem, then which teams should replace them?
