I have always been able to connect to this, however a few months ago I noticed I was unable to connect. The WiFi symbol shows up on my phone but I just cant connect to any websites.

Any of you had this issue ?

All good for me - I was using it in a pub in Ipswich only last night as it happens.

Sometimes my phone auto-connects, other times I just have to pop to a browser where I get the Cloud splash page, where it auto-authenticates me and I'm good to go.

Have you tried going to a browser and trying to get to any site to see what you get? It may be that you just need to login to The Cloud again.

I find that I sometimes have to go to airplane mode and back again to make it work.

Happened to me a while back, I had to go to their homepage and re-register my device

The BT Wifi app is quite useful and helps you connect to The Cloud.
If you're a BT customer, you can put your login details into it and it will automatically connect you to any BT Wifi hotspots in the area.
Recommended.
