Has anyone ever purchased a heritage tile throught the official Albion site?
If so, how long does it take to happen and were there any issues?
Thanks in advance. :)

Is that the tiles on the ground by the West Stand? Would have thought that particular option was long gone, much like the option of having your photo added to the Peter Ward mural in Dick's Bar. Might be wrong tho.

There is the memorial garden type thing opposite the club shop which may or may not still be open for business. Bit hard to tell really.

Ah, right. good spot!

Old cynic in me says that's an old link that the club has failed to remove. Or the price is exclusive of digging up the surface with a mechanical device and placing in place a new tile. Wishing you well with your quest tho. Let us know how it goes

Will do, cheers :)

The wall tiles were no trouble to organise a couple of years back. The only problem was finding out where it was located - but after a bit of hunting we soon found it.

I got one for my old man but that was when the stadium was being built and it's one of the ones on the floor outside the West Stand.

A pal of mine bought one more recent....maybe a couple of years back?? His is on the wall on the disabled ramp. There was plenty of space over there so I expect they are still selling them. No idea how long it takes though.

Uncle and mum would have loved the amex:)

Let us know how it goes

After ordering the tile for myself, my wife did not hear from company for ages.
Eventually she got hold of them.
Cut a long story short, the company apologised for delay and poor customer service, reimbursed her the £99.
I then used that money to order the wife one.
Good result all round

Result! So does this mean that buying one is still possible?
