Reminds me of KFC who introduced the 'bunless burger' - where they used two pieces of fried chicken around the burger. Definite thrombosis material

The most curious thing..
There is also the Wigan "delicacy" (can't remember what they call it there) which consists of a large meat pie in a bread roll (possibly with mushy peas and chips in curry sauce).

If we burger bragging, when I went to Sapporro to watch England v Argentina i had a burger out there ( not sure what make) but there was no bun (bread ) as such, just rice stuck together then the burger in the middle.... Strange lot.
