Bruno is bracing himself for a key battle with a former team-mate at the Amex tonight.
Rajiv van La Parra has played a leading role on the left flank in Huddersfield’s impressive start to the season.
Bruno will be marking the flying Dutchman, just as he used to in training drills when van La Parra was borrowed from Wolves last season to ease an injury crisis.
The skipper told The Argus: “That’s good sometimes, because you know how he plays, but he knows as well how I play. It works both ways.
“We know he’s a really good player. His performances were so good when he came here. He’s a good guy as well.
“We really enjoyed that time but now he is playing for the other side.
“It’s going to be tough to mark him, because he’s playing really well. I hope we can stop not just him but all of their players.”
Albion midfielder Dale Stephens, a persistent target for Burnley during the transfer window, is set to make the 250th league appearance of his career.
