Really? Oh my god, how distressing! I cannot believe that this can be allowed, where is a policeman? I want my MP, this is just like a hate crime, aaaarrrggghhh!

And the BBC run this story ahead of other serious topics, says it all really.

We both know there are going to be plenty of people that will actually lose their s**t over this, and by that I mean need a large G & T and a bit of a lie down.


That said I listen to quiet a few American podcasts and it seems our cousins across the pond can't get enough of The Great British Baking Show

It might actually be interesting to see the sort of advertising slots sold. Initially it'll all be food and supermarkets but I've always strongly suspected GBBO and Miranda share the same audience. If so expect Saga cruises, specialist organic baking powders and shysters offering sense of humour adjustments
