Albion U-23s face a pretty strong WBA side at the Hawthorns tonight in their latest Premier League 2 (Division 2) fixture.

The Baggies include a number of players with Premier League experience including trialist Mohamed Sissoko, James Morrison, Tyler Roberts, Marouane Chamakh and Jonathan Leko.

Albion first-year pro George Cox makes his first start at this level at left-back.

Be interesting to know how that team will line up. Will White and Hall (who I thought were CBs) actually play as fullbacks? Presumably the Canadian LB is still injured, but what about Rob Hunt - is he on bench-warming duties again tomorrow? What about the formation - 442 or something different?

This is the line-up (so a 4-1-4-1 formation with Joe Ward again as the lone striker):-

So White at right-back, Hall and Barclay in the centre and Cox at left-back.

Hunt hasn't been involved with the U-23s at all this season, I think it is safe to assume he has been promoted to the first-team squad.

Thanks. Appreciate your help in keeping up with what's what in the reserves - sorry, U23s!

Against Southend in the Checkatrade Trophy our back four actually consisted of four centre-backs, with White playing at RB and Tom Cadman playing at LB.

From the Birmingham Mail:-

Albion are bossing the ball, but it’s the visitors who’ve registered all the shots on target.

Starkey had Palmer scrambling low down to keep out a free-kick.

Tighe has just tested the Albion stopper with an effort from distance.

Routine saves, but more than Albion have mustered.

Their reporter should try and remember there are two albions on the pitch!!!

That's just it though isn't it, there aren't as far as the Birmingham Mail are concerned, in the same way that there is only one United for many people and it isn't Leeds.
