I need help getting into laptop, advice please

I changed my Toshiba laptop password a couple of weeks back, and like a two K, I have forgotten it, can anyone help me with how I can bypass it please, I can't find my start up discs either.
Any constructive advice would be welcomed, just trying to avoid putting it into a workshop to be done.
The laptop was bought with Windows 8 on it, although I have caged to W10, don't know if that makes any difference.
Apologies for it not being football related

Bios password looks like this

windows password :

As you don't know the difference, I reckon it's windows in which case ophcrack should be able to recover it for you : http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/

This won't be humourous anymore. He wanted to get into his laptop so two of us were thinking that he had to shrink.

You can quickly reset a Windows password with a Windows installer disc, or from a Ubuntu live CD, or use something like Offline Windows Password Editor. Lots of ways to gain access.
