Would have thought he's too good for the Championship and a lower/mid premier league team would take him.
Wouldn't be surprised to see him back at Southampton with Fonte likely to be going to Man Utd.

The drawback is we cannot gaurantee him getting game time.

You're REALLY suggesting that he wouldn't get in our team ahead of Dunk, Goldson or Uwe?
He would start every game, without question.
(But he'll go to a Prem club surely.)

It's a good shout, but somewhat unrealistic as others have said. Really good player, they'll be quite abit of interest.

I suspect it would be guaranteed as part of any deal that involved him dropping down a level.
Regardless, he would start for us without doubt.
