Reading ticket prices - More expensive than advertised?

Quick question rather than a moan at the moment - is there a valid reason that my ticket for Reading away cost £23 when on the ticket (just arrived) it says Maximum price of £20? And through google searches it appears as if Reading are doing the 'Twenty's plenty' thing?

Have the club messed up / are they being greedy?

Are you a season ticket holder ?

As is inferred here...

Ticketing is £20 for STH

If you're not you're charged slightly more at £23.

If you are a season ticket holder, and the ticket says £23 I wouldn't worry, it's just the value shown on there but you wouldn't have been charged that amount.

Postage fee was an additional pound I believe so cant imagine it accounts for that. I did have the same thought process though.

If you are not a STH or Bronze member but just a standard member (e.g. You haven't paid for membership) then the correct price is £23
