Chris Hughton praised Albion’s patience on and off the pitch as they beat Rotherham tonight.
The Seagulls had to wait almost half an hour to make the breakthrough against a Millers side playing five at the back.
But two goals in four minutes – by Anthony Knockaert and Glenn Murray – put them in charge. Tomer Hemed later added a penalty.

Asked about the team performance, Hughton said: “I thought it was very good and I thought the crowd were excellent.“Particularly in this type of game where we had to be patient in that first half.
“Rotherham played a bit of a different formation and it gave them more strength defensively.
“We had to be patient to break them down.
“We had to wait for our moment and I thought there were moments of real quality for the first two goals."
