No idea, doesn't show on the moderating decisions thread but a thread was bounced the other day he'd posted on and it showed him as banned.

I lifted the 3 week ban early; he started posting. He then received another minor infraction for a further breach from someone else. That last infraction took him over the maximum allowable infraction points total before a permanent ban was automatically applied by the site's software.
I wouldn't worry too much though - there's a new account holder who's posting in a remarkably similar style.
