I don't believe there was a single completed pass between the two.
The closest they got to each other was when Tomer tackled Murray 6 yards out.

Both great players, but they don't yet work together. He seems to be this year's scapegoat already, but I would get Baldock on to stretch the back 3 - we've seen with the goal that if there's space, there's a chance.

Knowing my luck they'll have a blinder in the 2nd...

Hemed is playing behind Murray - isn't that obvious? He's doing a very good job, and winning a lot of balls too. Showing he's a lot more mobile than many give him credit for. This isn't a flat 4-4-2.

Murray needs to learn where Hemed is and other players because he's wondering around like everyone should adopt to him.

Hemed is playing the No.10 role. As soon as we sign a specialist in that area I think Hemed will go up top and Murray will warm the bench IMO.

It's only August, we know the club are looking for a #10 striker, fingers crossed they find one soon.

I firmly believe that 'statement' striker changes everything, esp for Tomer and Glenn who'll both thrive.

It's just very frustrating that the club have known for over a year that this jigsaw piece has needed finding, and yet here we are.

We'll the time to experiment isn't tonight. Hemed should be playing in his natural role as they seem to be confused on what their roles are.

My very simple point is that there is absolutely NO communication between the two - literally nothing! As Murray walked away from the goal celebrations Hemed was walking towards them and they didn't share a glance let alone a high five etc!

Excellent knock-down by Hemed for Murray to score.
Yet it only took 10 minutes of Baldock to show just how threatening the Albion could be.

Eh? Murray is better than Hemed in literally every department. I can't think of a single attribute Tomer has over Glenn.
