Panini is plural.......even if it wasn't, the apostrophe isn't needed.

But the only available cups are now the ones with the coffee / tea already in them, under foil. You'd still need to buy a cup, to put your own coffee into. And it would already have the original coffee in there, so it would end up way too strong.

I don't think you've thought this through, to be honest.
