Shane Duffy has been targeted by Albion

Albion are trying to buy Republic of Ireland international centre-half Shane Duffy from Blackburn Rovers.
But they have been frustrated so far, as Rovers are dealing with a shortage themselves at the heart of their own back four.
The Seagulls have made a fresh offer for Duffy after an initial bid was turned down, The Argus can confirm.
They have been pursuing a new centre-half since releasing skipper Gordon Greer at the end of last season.
German Uwe Huenemeier has been sidelined since December and Connor Goldson suffered a knee injury on a pre-season training camp in Tenerife.
That has left Lewis Dunk as Albion's only fit and established central defender.

Rovers are similarly under-strength, having sold Grant Hanley to Newcastle.
Greer, 35, is back with the Lancastrians and partnered Duffy in a pre-season friendly at the weekend.
Ex-Everton stopper Duffy has attracted interest after performing well for Ireland in the Euro finals in France.
According to reports, Swansea and Middlesbrough are on the trail of the towering 24-year-old who has a year left on his contract at Ewood Park.
