Google brings a whole host of options so I thought I would ask the NSC sage's.

Mrs W has a new contracting job that needs either a Ltd company or an umbrella company. We want the most tax efficient way of her doing this and obviously, if it's using an umbrella company, recommendations of who to use. Look forward to any advice NSC.

I've been contracting a couple of times, and I've always gone for the Ltd Company route, with an accountant to sort out the details.

On the Ltd Co side, the changes are: Additional tax on dividends, making them less effective. vs the planned cut in Corporation Tax to 15%.
