Due to the state of the pitch.

Surely now all this madness of travelling to the other side of the world to play exhibition matches has to stop. Both Manchester clubs have teams on their doorstep with excellent facilities and most importantly good pitches. Club's like Bury, Morecambe, Carlisle, Tranmere etc who really need the money.

We should look after our own instead of foreign investors who have ruined the game at the top level. What a waste of time their tour of China was. Jose Mourinho is furious.

Shirt tours are absolute nonsense on every level except the one that matters to clubs these days.

They're not interested in supporting small local clubs; it's all about generating fans abroad so that the club coffers are swollen with dosh from overseas purchasers of their kit.

It sums up the pampered nature of Premier League players. What's Luke Shaw fracturing his leg got to do with a bumpy pitch?

Shambles doesn't even begin to describe it.
Yep....Super smooth grass with not one blade out of place, bloody embarrassment these pampered poodles :(

Apparently it was the threat of more heavy rain and man city had their own ground staff their to try and keep the game on...Man u didn't contribute to try and keep it on and whinged abut possible injuries. Many staff worked around the clock, but United was not happy still dear o dear.
