??? Not their fault? You confessed that you didn't read about this family or watch the TV, because you have no interest in them, yet you claim to know that whatever it is that's the problem, it's definitely not their fault. You're coming across like a dull troll..

Okay, fine. I dont want to be troll so I will just submit and admit; this family is the reason why the fella in this thread have a hard time supporting his family after losing his work from cancer and not getting enough help from our society, and it is this familys fault that the other guy in the thread whose wife is ill making their economy tight...

I dont need to watch some ****ing youtube video to understand how this hobo-family didnt create this situation for the two suffering guys in this thread.

........

**** man you didnt strike me as stupid, but this really.. ye.. I'll just leave it at that... disgusted

alternative lifestyle isnt an excuse, they are being feckless and lazy. they cant be bothered to find some productive vocation, they want to be off grid but dont have the decency to find a way of doing that for themselves. they sponge off the state while denying their children education and social development.

Sadly their kids will already be unable to go in to education without causing huge issues for other kids and parents who have bothered to avail themselves of a proper education.

A couple of kids who belonged to fairly "liberal" parents caused absolute havoc at my kids first primary and it was one of the reasons we moved them. These two kids, despite being bright, had no discipline, no routine and very little formal skills. And they WERE put in to school. But after 4 and a half years of generally ****ing about and having no boundaries they caused havoc and ended up being one-to-one looked after. One was eventually expelled.

Shove little Ulysses in to school now and he'd have to be constantly given one-to-one attention or he'd basically ruin 29 other kids' edcuations. I would suspect social services are working out the benefit of removing him from these prize loons, resulting in a fortune being spent on a specialist teacher and foster family versus letting him crack on as a lost cause.

Perhaps they need a mentor. Swansman

Yeah I've read it and reread it and it still doesn't make sense.

I can't work out the leaps in logic there.

From me or the Trigg-guy?

A few pages back in this thread, two NSC members explained they got really rough situations. One had lost his job through cancer, so his economy was bad. The other one got a sick wife, so his economical situation was also bad. Both pointed at this "off grid-family" (you know, the subject of this thread), calling them "parasites" and what not.

I then responded - here shortened - "I emphasize with you, but its not really this familys fault. That the state and society dont give you the support you need and deserve is bad, even horrific, but please point your pitch forks in the right direction - the rich 1% who owns half of our resources, because THEY are really the ones destroying welfare and social safety nets."

Triggaaaar-guy then replies: "How do you know its not this off grid familys fault if you didnt even read about the family or watch the video".

Well, gonna make it perfectly clear in one single simple sentence: it is not poor people who makes other people poor.

I'm not getting into an argument on this. It's too late and neither of us will change the other's opinion.

Anyone in here could do a better job than the current school system (I'm gonna assume you learn similar things in England as in Sweden) since it is outdated, inefficent and not adapted to modern society. Yes, you learn to read and write and basic math, and all of that is good shit, but about 90% of it is about memorizing information which is both difficult/uninspiring (digital psychosodomy) and unecessary (why the **** do I need to program my brain into remembering when King X lived when I could just google it).

Aside from learning how to read, write and basic math, you could learn as much without going to school as if you are going every day for ten years. Western schooling is based on pedagogic ideas from the 1960s or so. It needs to change. You sort of got to Potterball it.

But yeah, thats pretty OT...

Yeah.

I blame these guys for bad welfare, bad wages and people not getting adequate support:

While you and Trigaaar etc blame these guys (or weirdos, like the off grid family):

And sure, you can have that opinion - but cut the highbrow "in Brighton we're all good Marxists" attitude, because its obvious just false morale based on bullshit. I'm used to it from here, "oh we are all friendly social democrats... but everything that is wrong with our society is the immigrants fault". Tiresome.

No, that's not what happened. This is what happened:
I posted about your reference to poor people and the queen.
You replied to my post (and no one else's) and said 'just this intense bashing of this family who are absolutely not at fault for the unecessarily shit safety net supposed to help people who get in horrible situations'.

Now if you were saying they weren't at fault for the situations of some people not involved in our conversation, well no shit, of course they're not. I (understandably I think) thought you were saying they weren't at fault for their own situation (given that you could describe the family as being in a horrible situation).

You seem to be ignoring the fact that these parents have made a concious choice to live this way. Nobody has forced them. And contrary to what you say, the state and society are fully supporting this for them.

Yeah I guess so but its always about the angle. From my point of view, society and the common man are very weird stuff doing really weird things. Just as an random example: you vote. You know that whoever you elect and whatever party you go for is going to keep ****ing you over and then you do the same shit four years later again, decade after decade. Complete madness. I'm happily the weirdo.

Do you have any plans for your 16th birthday?
