To be fair, in a lot of these competitions the entry numbers can be very low because the majority of people think there are going to be LOADS of entrants so don't bother entering. On a tour of St George's Park a few years ago, a guy who worked there said that some of their competitions to spend a day training there, or to watch training or whatever have had a ridiculous amount of entrants. However four IS pretty low – and I think those comps had genuine winners, too
